Erickson Living Properties II, LLC is requesting changes to the zoning of 62 acres fronting on Clarksville Pike across the road from the new River Hill Square retail development and Linden Linthicum United Methodist Church. The zoning changes are needed to move forward with plans to build Erickson’s proposed continuing care retirement community. A Community Enhancement Floating – Mixed zone is being requested. The Howard County Zoning Board began hearing the case in June and the case (ZB 1118M) will continue October 7, 2020 at 4:30 p.m. The hearing will be livestreamed with closed captioning.
