The Columbia Home Tour Seeks Volunteer Hosts
The Columbia Home Tour committee is seeking volunteers to act as “docent” at the various homes along the tour on Sunday, June 3. Docents will be assigned a station at a home during an allotted shift between the hours of 11 a.m. -5 p.m. Docents will receive a free ticket to this event. If you are interested in volunteering, please contact Susie Jordan at 410-730-3888 or hcevents@columbiavillages.org. From 1pm-4pm, participants are invited to stop by the River Hill Community Center to enjoy a reception with refreshments and an historic display provided by Columbia Archives.
Tickets will be available at each of the ten Columbia Villages starting April 16 for $20 each. Not recommended for children under 10, including infants. Proceeds from The Columbia Home Tour will benefit “Bridges to Housing Stability.” The Columbia Home Tour is sponsored by the Villages of Columbia and Columbia Archives.
