RHCA Says Goodbye to Longtime Staff Member Jennifer Lynott

After 11 years of service, Communications & Special Events Coordinator Jennifer Lynott will bid farewell to the River Hill Community Association (RHCA) in July.

“I have been so fortunate to work in my own community for all these years and am deeply appreciative ofthe opportunities I’ve had to cross paths with so many wonderful people,” Lynott said when sharing her plans to move on. “The highlights from my time here are numerous, but what I’m most proud of is the work I have done to maintain the excellent reputation of The Villager as being a reliable and relevant source of information for the community. Of course, the large-scale events such as the Annual Independence Day Parade and Haunted Hallow’s Eve are also bright spots that I’ll always remember because of how they brought the community together and created traditions for so many families.”

Ms. Lynott and her family are planning to relocate outside of Maryland within the next year.

“Jennifer’s infectious passion for community helped to make River Hill a better place,” said Village Manager, Renée DuBois. “Her actions created a legacy that will inspire staff to dream bigger and residents to do more in Jim Rouse’s ‘garden for the growing of people.’”
