October 26, 2011 Executive Session Board Minutes

At 8:00 pm on October 26, 2011Tony Miceli moved to close the meeting for the purposes of consultation with Counsel.  The motion was seconded by Todd Harrison and passed unanimously (5-0-0). Cynthia Asoka, Todd Harrison, Kenny Kan, Tony MIceli, and Dipper Wettstein, were in attendance. Susan Smith, Village Manager, was present. The Board then went into Executive Session.  This Executive Session was held via teleconference.

At 8:47 p.m. Mr. Kan made a motion to adjourn the Executive Session.  Mr. Wettstein seconded the motion.  The motion passed (5-0-0).
