Meet River Hill’s New Police Liaison

Pfc. Steven Mitzel recently became the Police Department’s Southern District Community Resource Officer. Current Block Captains as well as all residents interested in community safety or joining the River Hill Neighborhood Watch Program are invited to attend a meeting with Pfc. Mitzel on
April 30 at 7 p.m. at Claret Hall. Pfc. Mitzel will be discussing:

• Calls for service in the Village;
• Crime prevention information relating to breaking and entering and vehicle theft; and
• Safety while using neighborhood pathways and local parks.

Come learn more about the Community Resource Unit, ways to reach the Police Department, and obtain information on becoming a Block Captain. Light refreshments will be provided.
