- Process for addressing congestion and improving vehicular safety e.g. realignment, traffic control devices, turning lanes, relationship to Clarksville Pike Streetscape Plan & Design Guidelines

*Note: The work session will be open to the public to observe and will be held in the Board Room at Claret Hall. Space will be limited per fire code capacity. The public will only have an opportunity to participate during the work session if specifically called upon by the Board of Directors. A Board of Directors meeting will follow the 10-minute break scheduled between the Work Session and the Board Meeting. Immediately following the approval of the Board Meeting agenda, there will be an opportunity for Resident Speak Out (estimated to occur at 8:45 p.m.). During Speak Out, individual residents may speak for 3 minutes. Individuals representing a group of residents may speak for 5 minutes. Residents wishing to provide written input to the Board for consideration, may provide the information via email at https://www.villageofriverhill.org/board/board-of-directors/ or drop off a hard copy at Claret Hall c/o the Village Manager.
