Throw a Block Party

Host a neighborhood Block Party and you can be reimbursed up to $50 for party expenses (excluding alcohol). Simply register your party using the online form below, and upload a copy of the invitation. After the party is held, submit receipts for supplies and/or refreshments. Receipts can be uploaded here or dropped off at Claret Hall. Questions? Call 410-531-1749.

There are only five grants available for fiscal year 2027 (May 1-April 30).

    Please attach a copy of the invitation. You may also drop it at the office after submitting your registration. (jpg, png, doc, pdf)

    Following your party, you can submit up to $50 in receipts for reimbursement. You may combine receipts into one file and use this form to send them to us, or you may drop them off or mail them to 6020 Daybreak Circle, Clarksville, MD 21029. Please make sure we know the location and date of your event and tell us to whom the check should be payable.
