Spend an evening learning to cook the cuisine of Columbia’s sister city of Cap-Haitien, Haiti on Friday, February 8 from 6-9 p.m. at Claret Hall. Chef Marie Miriame Michel of Chez Yiamme Cuisine will demonstrate how to cook classic dishes of Haitian Creole cuisine – a blend of French, African, Spanish and native Taino influences. Enjoy dinner and Haitian culture following the demonstration.
