Spend an evening learning to cook the cuisine of Columbia’s sister city of Tema, Ghana, on Friday, November 8 from 6:30-9:00 at Claret Hall. Chef Sonia Amo-Akonnor of the Hunger Tamer Restaurant in Laurel will demonstrate how to cook classic dishes of Ghanaian cuisine such as jollof rice and African chicken stew.
Enjoy a full buffet dinner and Ghanaian culture following the demonstration.
