River Hill Resale Documents

If you are selling your home, you will need the Resale Documents for both River Hill Community Association and Columbia Association. To obtain these documents, you can download them through the links provided below. Please note, you must make sure to download BOTH the River Hill Community Association and Columbia Association documents.

• River Hill Community Association documents (combined file) includes:
  • Village map
  • Current Budget
  • Articles of Incorporation
  • Bylaws
  • Covenants, and
  • Architectural Guidelines.
• Columbia Association documents include:
  • Charter
  • Bylaws, and
  • Deed, Agreement and Declaration of Covenants, Easements, Charges and Liens.

In addition to the resale documents, you will need a letter stating whether your property in River Hill is in compliance with the Covenants. To request a compliance inspection, please fill out and return the request form.
