The River Hill Community Association participates in the Overseas Coupon Program which benefits military families serving overseas. We collect coupons that are donated by local residents and host coupon clipping events. The clipped manufacturers coupons are sent to our adopted U.S. Army Base in Vicenza, Italy for use at the commissary to help reduce grocery expenses. The clipping events have generated over $13, 000 in value of clipped coupons to be sent overseas.

Volunteers from a variety of groups have participated in this activity including speakers of other languages, youths in need of community service hours, folks who are home during the day, adults with special needs, sports teams, etc. Everyone seems to enjoy the relaxing atmosphere while contributing to such a worthy cause.
