Tables and chairs are on site. Rentals do not include table and chair set-up and breakdown.
You may use any caterer you like, as long as they provide evidence of appropriate insurance.
Renters must provide evidence of liability insurance or one day event insurance. We are partnering with The Event Helper to offer affordable liability insurance for our renters. Visit TheEventHelper.com#SmbC5C to receive a quote and purchase a policy for your event. Renters who do not provide their own liability insurance through The Event Helper or another provider will be added to our Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy for a fee of $175, which will be due 8 weeks before the event.
All business meetings require evidence of insurance coverage.
You may serve liquor if your event is a non-ticketed, private party, and not a children’s party.
