Celebrate National Night Out and River Hill's 20th Birthday!
On Tuesday, August 2nd, River Hill residents can come out and enjoy a free evening that will run from 6:00 – 8:30 p.m. at the River Hill pool. Activities will include a pool party with a DJ, crafts, child ID kits, a visit from a safety mascot and other police resources. Pack a dinner or buy a Pudgie’s pizza and the River Hill Community Association will supply drinks and dessert.
Celebrate River Hill turning 20 in August! Come and learn about River Hill’s history and do a birthday craft. The Association is interested in conducting verbal interviews with residents about their experiences and memories of River Hill. We want to make a record for future residents to be able to see and remember our community beginnings. If you are interested in participating, contact the Village Manager at manager@villageofriverhill.org.
National Night Out is designed to:
▪ Heighten crime and drug prevention awareness;
▪ Generate support for, and participation in, local anticrime programs;
▪ Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police-community partnerships; and
▪ Send a message to criminals letting them know that neighborhoods are organized and fighting back.
Advance registration is requested but not required. Please email events@villageofriverhill.org or call 410-531-1749. Space is limited!
