“Bugs that Bite” Seminars Offered Throughout Columbia

Learn how to combat mosquitoes and ticks this summer. Columbia Association is hosting tick and mosquito prevention information sessions throughout Columbia this summer. Learn about ticks in the area, prevention techniques, how to spot the symptoms of Lyme disease, interesting facts about mosquitoes and how to combat mosquito breeding.

Here is the schedule for all of the Columbia Villages:

Tuesday, June 4 at 6:00 p.m. (Linden Hall in Dorsey’s Search, 4765 Dorsey Hall Drive)

Thursday, June 6 at 7:00 p.m. (Amherst House in Kings Contrivance, 7251 Eden Brook Drive)

Monday, June 10 at 7:00 p.m. (Stonehouse in Long Reach, 8775 Cloudleap Court)

Thursday, June 13 at 7:00 p.m. (The Other Barn in Oakland Mills, 5851 Robert Oliver Place)

Wednesday, July 24 at 7:00 p.m. (Historic Oakland, 5430 Vantage Point Road)

Monday, August 12 at 7:00 p.m. (Claret Hall in River Hill, 6020 Daybreak Circle)
