About the River Hill
The River Hill Community Association is a Maryland non-profit, civic organization. The mission of the Association is to promote the health, safety, common good and social welfare of the owners of property in, and the residents of, the Village of River Hill.
The association is governed by a Board of Directors (BOD) elected by the members of the Association. RHCA’s day-to-day operations are handled by a paid staff under the leadership of the River Hill Village Manager. Members of the Association are represented on the Columbia Council by an elected representative.
Whether you are a new resident or someone who has lived in the area for a while, we encourage you to stop in at Claret Hall to learn about the River Hill community. The Association’s staff is knowledgeable and always happy to assist. New resident welcome packets and a wide variety of local publications, including the Association’s monthly newsletter, The Villager, are available. Unable to stop by? Feel free to email or call the Association’s staff when needed. At the very least, please explore our website to find out more about us and what the Association has to offer. It is the Association’s goal to be a resource for River Hill residents and we welcome your input and involvement. Together we can accomplish so much.
