Letter of Compliance and Resale Packet Requests
 
If you are selling your home:
  • Letter of Compliance Request Forms can be downloaded here and must be submitted via

Mail: Claret Hall, c/o Covenant Advisor, 6020 Daybreak Circle,
Clarksville, MD, 21029.
  • The Covenant Advisor will make every effort to conduct site visits for Letters of Compliance in a timely manner. Currently, social distancing measures are in effect. (Note that it is not necessary for the property owner to be home at the time of the site visit.
  • Resale Packets may be requested via phone, or email. In person requests will not be permitted during the period that Claret Hall is closed, currently through June 5, and this period may be extended.
  • Resale Packets cost $25.00. Payment is required in advance and must be made via check (mailed) or credit card. The association accepts Visa, Master Card, and Discover. Please call 410-531-1749 to make a payment by credit card. Association staff will arrange to get the resale packet to you. Social distancing measures will be in place to minimize contact. If you prefer to have the resale packet mailed, an additional fee for postage will be charged.
