Covenant Complaint Form

Please use this form to submit a complaint regarding property maintenance, concerns about residential exterior changes, and other issues pertaining to the aesthetics of our community. A staff member will evaluate the complaint to determine what organization is responsible. Depending on the nature of the complaint, some issues will be referred to the County, the Columbia Association, the State Highway Administration, or another organization.
